Officer Reports: President: - Advertise Dave Kaiser lecture (4/3) at next meeting
- April Meeting Times
- Exec Meeting – Friday, April 18, 5pm
- General Meeting – tentatively April 29, 3pm
- “Breaking Away” would be a good movie to show over the weekend of the Little 500 – should check to see if any other groups around campus are showing it
- Put together a programming committee to help Sarah
- Announce at the general meeting on 3/25
- Visit to Indianapolis Central Library
- Library may offer public tours
- Try to schedule for early May
- PLG is also planning a trip
- Future programming at meetings
- IUScholarWorks talk
- Reference interview workshop
- 5-10 minutes of recap, then practice
- See if Prof. Meho and Emily are available, maybe Carrie Donavan
- Try to get this for April

- Have over $1200 in the bank
- Fundraising may cost between $500-$800 to start
- Student to Staff plane ticket - $365.38
- ALA-SC will pay the full amount

- Mugs are popular, but the most expensive
- Tote bags is the next most popular idea
- Debit card for the ALA account
- Gift cards for speakers
